This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services purchased through FundingAlphaX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a challenge or using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy in its entirety.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE. ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO FUNDINGALPHAX ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY.

1. Absolute No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to FundingAlphaX are final and non-refundable under all circumstances, without exception. This includes, but is not limited to, challenge entry fees, upgrade fees, and any other payments made for access to our Services.

By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge, agree, and irrevocably accept that:

  • You are making a final, irrevocable payment for access to a digital service (simulated trading evaluation).
  • You waive any and all rights to request a refund, chargeback, reversal, credit, or compensation under any circumstances.
  • The service is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, and therefore the right of withdrawal is expressly excluded.
  • You have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this no-refund policy before completing your purchase.

2. Circumstances Under Which No Refund Will Be Issued

To be absolutely clear, refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances, nor under any other circumstances not listed here:

  • You failed to pass the challenge or meet evaluation criteria.
  • You changed your mind after purchasing a challenge.
  • You did not use or activate the challenge account.
  • You are dissatisfied with the platform, features, or user experience.
  • Your account was terminated for violating our Terms of Service, trading rules, or any other policy.
  • The platform experienced downtime, maintenance, or technical issues.
  • Third-party services (including NOWPayments, Binance, TradingView, or Google) experienced outages, failures, or errors.
  • Market data feeds were delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable.
  • You experienced internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibility.
  • Cryptocurrency payment was delayed, processed at an unfavorable exchange rate, or lost due to blockchain network issues.
  • You sent payment to the wrong wallet address, on the wrong blockchain network, or in the wrong cryptocurrency denomination.
  • Regulatory changes in your jurisdiction restrict your ability to use our Services.
  • You are unable to complete the KYC/AML verification process.
  • Force majeure events prevented your use of the Services.
  • Any other reason, regardless of whether it is within or outside of your control.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

All cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments, an independent third-party payment gateway. FundingAlphaX does not directly process, hold, or manage any cryptocurrency funds during the payment process.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • FundingAlphaX bears no liability for any payment processing failures, delays, errors, lost funds, or issues arising from NOWPayments or the underlying blockchain networks.
  • Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once broadcast to the blockchain. FundingAlphaX cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any blockchain transaction.
  • Exchange rate fluctuations between the time of purchase initiation and payment confirmation are your sole risk.
  • Network fees (gas fees, miner fees) are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If a payment is received but not confirmed by NOWPayments due to insufficient network fees, underpayment, or other reasons, FundingAlphaX is not obligated to credit your account or issue a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim with your bank, credit card company, or payment provider in relation to a legitimate transaction on FundingAlphaX is a violation of these Terms. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute:

  • Your FundingAlphaX account will be immediately and permanently suspended.
  • All pending payouts, profits, and account balances will be forfeited.
  • You will be permanently banned from creating new accounts or using our Services.
  • We reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including recovery of the disputed amount, legal fees, and consequential damages.
  • We may report fraudulent chargeback activity to relevant fraud prevention databases and law enforcement authorities.

5. Acknowledgment Before Purchase

By proceeding with any purchase on FundingAlphaX, you confirm that:

  • You have read and fully understood this Refund Policy.
  • You accept that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
  • You are making the purchase voluntarily and with full knowledge that no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • You will not initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim for any legitimate transaction.
  • You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency payments, including price volatility, network delays, and transaction irreversibility.

6. Sole Discretion

FundingAlphaX reserves the sole and absolute discretion to make exceptions to this Refund Policy on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted in one instance does not create a precedent, right, or expectation for any future exceptions. FundingAlphaX is under no obligation to grant any exception and may deny any request without providing a reason.

7. Changes to This Policy

FundingAlphaX reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
