Risk Disclosure

Last updated: March 29, 2026

IMPORTANT: This Risk Disclosure statement is provided by FundingAlphaX (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to inform you of the risks associated with using our Services. You should read this document carefully before purchasing any challenge or using our platform.

Trading in financial markets, including but not limited to cryptocurrency, forex, and commodity markets, involves a substantial risk of loss. This Risk Disclosure does not disclose all the risks and other significant aspects of trading. You should not engage in trading unless you fully understand the nature of the transactions and the extent of your exposure to risk.

1. Nature of Simulated Trading

FundingAlphaX provides a simulated trading environment. No real financial instruments are purchased, sold, or exchanged on our platform. All trades, positions, profits, and losses displayed on the platform are simulated and do not represent actual market transactions.

While our simulated environment is designed to closely mirror real-market conditions, there are inherent differences between simulated and live trading, including but not limited to:

  • Simulated trades are not subject to real liquidity constraints or slippage that occur in live markets.
  • Order execution in a simulated environment may not accurately reflect the speed or price at which orders would be filled in live markets.
  • Simulated performance does not account for the full impact of transaction costs, spreads, or exchange fees present in live trading.
  • Market data feeds used in simulation may differ slightly from live data due to processing delays or third-party API latency.
  • Simulated fills may occur at prices that would not be achievable in actual market conditions due to order book depth, market impact, or real-world execution constraints.

Success in a simulated trading environment does not guarantee success in live market trading. Past performance, whether simulated or actual, is not indicative of future results.

2. Third-Party Service Provider Risks

FundingAlphaX relies on independent third-party services and APIs to operate its platform. You acknowledge and accept that failures, outages, or errors from these third-party providers may directly and adversely affect your experience, and that FundingAlphaX bears no liability for any such impact.

2.1 Market Data Provider (Binance)

Our platform obtains real-time market data, price feeds, order book data, and trade execution prices from Binance via their public APIs. You acknowledge the following risks:

  • Data Feed Interruptions: Binance API outages, rate-limiting, or maintenance windows may cause price data to become unavailable, delayed, or stale. During such periods, orders may not be executed, prices may not update, and drawdown calculations may be inaccurate.
  • Price Discrepancies: Prices displayed on FundingAlphaX are sourced from Binance and may differ from prices on other exchanges. Price discrepancies between exchanges are normal market conditions and do not constitute a platform error.
  • Execution Risk: If Binance APIs return delayed or incorrect price data, simulated orders may fill at prices that differ from the actual market price at the time of execution. FundingAlphaX does not guarantee price accuracy.
  • Challenge Impact: Binance API failures may cause incorrect profit/loss calculations, erroneous drawdown breaches, or wrongful challenge failures. FundingAlphaX is not responsible for any challenge outcomes affected by third-party data inaccuracies and shall not reverse, adjust, or compensate for any such outcomes.
  • Service Discontinuation: If Binance modifies, restricts, or discontinues their API services, FundingAlphaX's platform functionality may be affected. FundingAlphaX is not liable for any consequences of Binance's business decisions.

2.2 Charting Provider (TradingView)

Our platform integrates TradingView widgets for charting and technical analysis. You acknowledge the following risks:

  • TradingView chart data, indicators, and technical analysis tools may contain errors, delays, or inaccuracies.
  • TradingView service outages may prevent charts from loading or displaying current data.
  • Trading decisions made based on TradingView charts are your sole responsibility. FundingAlphaX does not verify the accuracy of TradingView's data.

2.3 Payment Processor (NOWPayments)

All cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments, an independent third-party payment gateway. You acknowledge the following risks:

  • Payment processing delays, failures, or errors caused by NOWPayments or the underlying blockchain networks are outside of FundingAlphaX's control.
  • Cryptocurrency exchange rate fluctuations during payment processing may result in overpayments or underpayments.
  • Payout processing via NOWPayments may be delayed due to blockchain congestion, compliance reviews, or NOWPayments system maintenance.
  • If NOWPayments experiences a security breach, service interruption, or business failure, your pending payments or payouts may be affected. FundingAlphaX is not liable for any losses resulting from NOWPayments' operations.

2.4 Authentication Provider (Google OAuth)

Our platform uses Google OAuth for user authentication and identity management. Google outages may prevent you from logging in, accessing your account, or managing your positions. FundingAlphaX is not responsible for any trading losses or missed opportunities resulting from authentication service interruptions.

2.5 General Third-Party Disclaimer

FUNDINGALPHAX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE, MALFUNCTION, INACCURACY, UNAVAILABILITY, OR DISCONTINUATION OF ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BINANCE, TRADINGVIEW, NOWPAYMENTS, GOOGLE, AND ANY HOSTING, CDN, DATABASE, OR CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE PROVIDERS. ANY ISSUE OR LOSS CAUSED BY THE FAILURE OF THESE THIRD-PARTY API PROVIDERS IS ENTIRELY OUTSIDE OF FUNDINGALPHAX'S CONTROL, AND FUNDINGALPHAX HAS NO ROLE, RESPONSIBILITY, OR LIABILITY IN SUCH EVENTS.

3. Risks of Cryptocurrency Trading

Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and carry unique risks:

  • Extreme Volatility: Cryptocurrency prices can experience dramatic fluctuations within very short time periods, including intraday moves of 10% or more. Such volatility can result in rapid and substantial simulated losses.
  • 24/7 Market: Cryptocurrency markets operate continuously, meaning significant price movements can occur at any time, including when you are not actively monitoring your positions.
  • Regulatory Uncertainty: The regulatory landscape for cryptocurrencies is evolving. Changes in regulation can materially affect cryptocurrency prices and the availability of trading services.
  • Market Manipulation: Cryptocurrency markets may be subject to market manipulation, wash trading, and other deceptive practices that can affect price discovery.
  • Liquidity Risk: Certain cryptocurrency markets or trading pairs may have limited liquidity, which can affect the ability to enter or exit positions at desired prices.
  • Flash Crashes: Cryptocurrency markets may experience sudden, severe price drops (flash crashes) caused by large sell orders, algorithmic trading, or market panic. These events can trigger drawdown breaches or challenge failures within seconds.

4. Risks of Forex and Commodity Trading

Foreign exchange (forex) and commodity markets carry their own significant risks:

  • Currency Risk: Forex markets are influenced by a wide range of macroeconomic, geopolitical, and central bank policy factors that can cause unpredictable price movements.
  • Commodity Price Volatility: Commodity prices are subject to supply and demand dynamics, geopolitical events, weather conditions, and speculative activity that can create sharp price swings.
  • Correlation Risk: Financial instruments may become highly correlated during periods of market stress, reducing the effectiveness of diversification strategies.
  • Gap Risk: Markets may open at prices significantly different from the previous close, particularly around weekends, holidays, or major news events.

5. Leverage Risk

FundingAlphaX offers simulated trading with leverage, meaning you can control a larger position size relative to your account balance. While leverage can amplify potential profits, it equally amplifies potential losses.

  • A small adverse price movement can result in a loss equal to or exceeding the total value of your simulated account balance.
  • Leveraged positions carry the risk of rapid account drawdown and potential breach of challenge or funded account rules.
  • The use of high leverage significantly increases the probability of hitting daily loss limits or maximum drawdown thresholds.
  • In extreme market conditions, leveraged positions may experience losses beyond the margin allocated, potentially breaching multiple risk parameters simultaneously.

You should carefully consider your risk tolerance and trading experience before utilizing leverage in any form.

6. No Guarantee of Profits

There is no guarantee that you will earn any profits through our Services. Trading, even in a simulated environment, involves substantial risk, and the majority of retail traders experience losses. FundingAlphaX does not promise, guarantee, or imply that any trader will achieve profitability.

Any examples, testimonials, or performance metrics displayed on our website or promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only and do not represent guaranteed outcomes. Individual results will vary.

7. Past Performance Disclaimer

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Historical trading results, whether from the FundingAlphaX platform, individual traders, or any other source, should not be interpreted as a prediction or guarantee of future performance. Market conditions change continuously, and strategies that performed well in the past may not perform well in the future.

8. Emotional and Psychological Risks

Trading can have significant emotional and psychological effects, including:

  • Stress and Anxiety: The pressure of meeting challenge targets or maintaining funded account performance can cause significant stress.
  • Overtrading: Emotional responses to losses or the desire to recover quickly can lead to excessive trading, increased risk-taking, and larger losses.
  • Confirmation Bias: Traders may seek out information that supports their existing positions while ignoring contradictory evidence.
  • Fear of Missing Out (FOMO): The desire to participate in perceived market opportunities can lead to impulsive and poorly planned trades.
  • Revenge Trading: Attempting to recover losses through aggressive trading often leads to further losses.

We strongly recommend developing and adhering to a structured trading plan, setting clear risk parameters, and taking breaks when experiencing emotional distress related to trading.

9. Technology and Platform Risks

The use of electronic trading platforms and systems is subject to technology-related risks:

  • System Failures: Hardware or software malfunctions — whether on FundingAlphaX's infrastructure or on third-party providers' systems — may prevent you from placing, modifying, or closing orders in a timely manner.
  • Internet Connectivity: Disruptions in internet service may impair your ability to access the platform or manage positions. FundingAlphaX is not responsible for your internet connectivity.
  • Data Feed Delays: Market data feeds sourced from Binance or other providers may experience delays or interruptions, leading to inaccurate price information on the platform.
  • Cybersecurity Threats: Despite our security measures, the platform or its third-party providers may be vulnerable to cyberattacks, data breaches, or unauthorized access.
  • API Rate Limiting: Third-party APIs may impose rate limits that temporarily restrict data retrieval, potentially causing delays in price updates or order processing.
  • Browser and Device Compatibility: The platform may not function optimally on all browsers, devices, or operating systems. It is your responsibility to ensure you use a compatible setup.

FundingAlphaX is not responsible for any losses, missed trades, incorrect executions, or adverse outcomes resulting from technology failures, whether originating from FundingAlphaX's own systems or from any third-party service provider. All technology-related risks are assumed entirely by you.

10. Independent Decision-Making

All trading decisions made on the FundingAlphaX platform are your own. We do not provide investment advice, trading signals, or recommendations. Any educational content, market analysis, or trading ideas shared through our platform or social media channels are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial advice.

You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their outcomes.

11. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All fees paid to FundingAlphaX are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether you pass or fail a challenge, whether the platform experiences downtime, whether third-party services fail, or for any other reason. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.

12. Acknowledgment

By purchasing a challenge or using the FundingAlphaX platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described in this Risk Disclosure. You further confirm that:

  • You are aware that trading involves a high degree of risk and that you may lose all amounts paid for challenge fees.
  • You understand that FundingAlphaX relies on third-party service providers (Binance, TradingView, NOWPayments, Google) and that failures of these providers are outside of FundingAlphaX's control.
  • You accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and their outcomes.
  • You will not hold FundingAlphaX liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes resulting from third-party service failures, market conditions, or technology issues.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.
